Love People Keep Going, Inc. has applied to the Internal Revenue Service for recognition as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code, and its application is currently pending. Accordingly, donors do not yet have advance assurance that contributions are deductible for federal income tax purposes. If the IRS recognizes the Organization as exempt under Section 501(c)(3) effective as of the date of its formation, contributions made while the application is pending generally will be deductible to the extent permitted by applicable law. If the Organization's application is not approved for the period in which a contribution is made, the contribution will not be deductible as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes. Donors should consult their own tax advisors regarding the deductibility of their contributions.
